In my humble opinion, Aarogya Kavach has witnessed a phenomenal growth and touched the lives of millions by providing them free secondary, tertiary and day care procedures for treatment of diseases and medical conditions through a vast network of more than 24,000 Empanelled Health Card Providers (EHCP). The Aarogya Kavach Plan has provided citizens with ‘Right to Health’ which is a fundamental to ‘Right to life’.
